Important billing information

When scheduling a Secure Draw Mobile™ appointment, you are scheduling a mobile sample collection with Secure Draw Mobile for your convenience through a partner brand that does not participate with health insurance. Secure Draw Mobile is a separate services division from Secure Draw Mobile LLC.
 

Patients are required to enter a credit card for the $68 in-home collection fee at the time of scheduling.

Please note that in-home sample collection by Secure Draw Mobile is not covered by health insurance and will not be submitted to your health plan. Secure Draw Mobile does not participate with or bill Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance billing.

While the in-home sample collection will not be billed to your health plan, the laboratory tests performed by Secure Draw Mobile will be billed as a healthcare claim to your health plan under the terms of the existing contractual agreements and in accordance with the Secure Draw Mobile usual procedures.
