Secure Draw Mobile provides mobile specimen collection and related administrative services only. All service fees are non-refundable once a phlebotomist has been dispatched, travel has begun, or a specimen collection attempt has occurred, regardless of test outcome, lab processing, or result availability.
 

Service is considered fully rendered at the time of successful venipuncture or specimen handoff, or upon a documented attempt to perform the service.
 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid charges. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or access issues will be billed in full.
 

Refunds, if any, are issued solely at the discretion of Secure Draw Mobile and are limited to clerical errors or duplicate charges.
 

Secure Draw Mobile is not responsible for laboratory processing, test accuracy, turnaround time, specimen stability, or results, and no refunds will be issued due to laboratory delays or outcomes.
